Review of Patient Participation Group at Farmhouse Surgery

Did you know Farmhouse Surgery has a Patient Participation Group (PPG)? PPG members are patients who give constructive feedback to the surgery, receive practice news and updates and take part in questionnaires or activities to benefit fellow patients at the surgery.

Until recently the group existed solely online, with PPG members being communicated with by email. A review is currently taking place giving registered patients the opportunity to join Farmhouse’s PPG but also give new and existing members an exciting chance to take part in meetings with the surgery face-to-face, where they can work with practice management to get involved in activities that will further improve services offered at Farmhouse Surgery.
