Farmhouse Surgery Update

We would like to thank all our patients for their patience  while we have been dealing with an emergency situation. Unfortunately, copper piping connected to our boilers has been stolen, which has resulted in a loss of water supply and required us to close the surgery.

While this issue is being resolved, our clinical teams will be working across our PCN network. This may mean you are asked to attend a different GP surgery for your appointment.

Our phone lines will reopen from Monday. The surgery building will also be open; however, we kindly ask that you only attend in person if it is absolutely necessary.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. We will provide further updates in due course
