Visiting The Surgery

WE ARE OPEN and we encourage people to get in touch for any health concerns that cannot be dealt with at home or the local pharmacy. Routine vaccinations and immunisations are important and are available at the practice, please telephone to book your appointment.

If you are coming to the surgery for an appointment, you must wear a face covering or mask, unless you are exempt. You will be asked to wait outside so arrive at your given appointment time. Our clinicians will greet you in PPE and will take your temperature prior to entering the building.  If possible,  we ask that you attend the appointment alone. These decisions have been made to help protect both patients and staff.

If you require an appointment, please use use our eConsult service available via the website or contact us on the telephone and arrange a telephone appointment.  We understand that it can be difficult to get through but please remain patient, we will answer your call as soon as we can.

If you haven't already, please advise us of your chosen nominated pharmacy.  We can then send your prescriptions electronically. Failure to nominaite a pharmacy may result in delays in getting your medicaton.

DO NOT attend the surgery if you are suffering with any of the following:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

However mild, if you have any of the symptoms you must stay at home and arrange to have a test to see if you have COVID-19. Go to NHS 111 online or contact 111 to arrange this.
