Reception

Our reception staff are here to welcome you to the practice, and to help you access your appointments, collect your prescriptions and answer your queries.  They are often busy helping someone else so you may have to wait for their attention, your patience is appreciated.

Remember we also have a team of staff behind the scenes working hard on your behalf to organise the services we provide, communicate with other areas of the NHS and keep your records up to date.

Administration

Sandra is responsible for the secretarial duties for all clinicians including the choose and book hospital referrals.
