The Farmhouse Surgery is a grade II listed building situated at Christchurch Medical Centre; the original farmhouse was restored to create the surgery you see today. Christchurch medical centre opened in 1992 consisting of three surgeries Farmhouse, Orchard and Barn. Orchard and Barn have since merged to becoming Christchurch Medical Practice while Farmhouse remains an independent surgery providing general medical services to the Christchurch area.
