Digital Services

Digital Services will help empower you to take greater control of your own health and wellbeing. Our aim is to offer you more choice and control as well as convenience. You can now use the internet to view your medical record and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your medical record online.

Whilst you can still contact reception in person or via the telephone to access these services, using digital services are free and available 24/7/65.

There are 3 different apps that we offer: Airmid, NHS App, and SystmOnline.

Airmid

Airmid gives you access to your full medical records, and reduces the need for face-to-face appointments. It provides details of local health care organisations, allowing you to exercise more control over your personal health while reducing time that you spend on it.

The NHS App

Download the NHS App, or open the NHS website in a web browser, to set up and log in to your NHS account. Owned and run by the NHS, your NHS account is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services online.

SystmOnline allows you to do things like booking blood test appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions at a time convenient to you. SystmOnline is available on a web browser as well as an app, which can be used on Apple and Android devices.
