Disabled Access

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have a parking space outside our practice which is reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.

If you have a Chiropody or Physiotherapy appointment booked for the first floor of our Loft Suite please note that we have installed a new Stannah Chairlift.  This is much safer for our patients than the previous lift.  If you are wheelchair bound but able to get out of your chair to use the lift then you will still be able to use the first floor services, there will be a wheelchair on the first floor for you to use.  Unfortunately if you are unable to get out of your wheelchair either solo or with your own carer, we regret that you will no longer be able to use the first floor services.
